That said, I doubt even if they pursue it, that it will go past the cease-and-desist stage. SOE will slap Evony, LLC. with a C&D, Evony will grovel, the ad will disappear. All will go back to normal until someone catches Evony doing something else that can only be termed as stupid. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Evony have used other people’s images before and pulled them down whenever someone calls them on the source. If they said “no, this is ours, we intend to keep Antonia’s tits blinking proudly around the Internet!” then I’d see SOE as having grounds to take them outside and beat them like a rug, as my mom used to say.

From all I’ve gathered of Evony’s ‘use without permission and pull assets when called on it’ tactics, my money is that they’ll blame some fictitious advertising person, who will be attacked by a møøse while on holiday in Sweden and summarily sacked. Meanwhile they’ll be looking for the next set of tits they can exploit.
